Need to see GYN: It is time for your wife to consult a GYN to find what this problem is. There is no good way for us to even provide a guess on the cause. Go to a free clinic if you have no money.

Clinic: Could be alot of things so will need exam soon. Try a walk in clinic - she needs a pelvic exam as a minimum and sooner than later.
