? motion sickness: it can still happen in cars, and even elevators, however you didn't mention what happens if you are driving? aren't you pregnant? an inner ear problem can be the cause too. You may want to see an ENT specialist after excluding other causes, start with your primary doctor, meanwhile you can take Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) before riding a car, if no contraindication, ask your pharmacist about it
