Try them all, and...: Often the best thing you can do to regain kidney function after disease has damaged your kidneys is to work on physical fitness and a really healthy common-sense low-salt diet, maybe low-protein. "allopathy" (mainstream medicine) often has little to offer here. Be sure you're not just a muscular man with a somewhat high creatinine -- this generates bogus "kidney disease" cases nowadays.
