Not to worry: I assume you will be going to sleep and not be DRIVING or using MACHINERY ..... You may get sleepier than normal for either medication alone! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

No problem: Fortunately, the safety margin of antihistamines is very wide. If you had taken an older-generation antihistamine, it may enhance the drowsiness effect of Nyquil which is probably desirable in your case.
