Get enough rest: Make sure you are getting enough rest and exercise and eating a healthy diet before your exams. If you are feeling depressed, please see a mental health specialist for an evaluation to discuss treatment options. Medications could help. Limited caffeine intake may help improve your energy and concentration temporarily; however, it may also cause increased anxiety.
