PMS ?: At 29, it is unusual to always have "PMS symptoms" just prior to ovulation. This may well occur on a monthly basis after one's mid thirties, as the symptoms depend on how high the estrogen is just before it drops to near zero at ovulation. A twin ovulation produces elevation of estrogen and the drop is accentuated and can produce PMS symptoms.
