Sounds ok: Hepatitis B surface antibody reactive usually means a person has immunity against the virus, either because she got the vaccine or had caught the virus and recovered. Hepatitis B core antibody reactive usually means a person had caught the virus in the past. Having both tests reactive usually means there is only a very small chance she is contagious.
