Many causes: This could be caused by many different things. Pregnancy should first be ruled out. You should also have your thryoid checked, as well as a hormone called prolactin which is released in the brain. Sometimes, it can also be normal at your age to just have irregular menstrual periods that will become more regular over the next couple of years. It is probably best to see a doctor to be evaluated.
