We need more info: I know you've been waiting and its, because we cant, tell whats wrong without more information. For instance: how old you are, was there an injury or strenuous activity, where exactly the pain is, how did it start, how long have you had it, is there any redness or swelling, can you walk, have a fever take meds or smoke? and more. Maybe someone you're with can help you write the question.

Lower Leg Pain: It is likely a local cause. Be examined and get investigations as indicated.
