Not to worry: Cramps don’t mean anything is wrong, and can happen after sex. It doesn’t mean you are conceiving. However, if you are not trying to become pregnant then I would recommend taking Plan B or if you have a BMI over 25 you should take Ella, which you need a prescription for. These are “emergency contraceptives” that can help prevent pregnancy.
