No exact time: There is no exact time that you need to wait before you start trying to become pregnant, but I would recommend that you absolutely do not start trying until you are completely off of the oratane or accutane. The medication can cause serious birth defects. To be safe you may want to wait one month after you have stopped the medication before trying to get pregnant. Also, start a prenatal vitamin!
