Wouldn't think so: Your growth plate fusing hormone levels are predetermined by a complex automated system in the brain. Your level of sexual activity does not change that, no matter what form it takes. Your expected final height is in your combined parental height +2,5 inches. If your activity led you to skip good nutrition you could easily decrease your final height.

No: There is no biologic harm from 6 times daily orgasm and ejaculation in a young male. Boys tend to grow the most between ages 12 and 15. The sex drive is also developing. There are two main determining factors in a person's height: Genetics: 60-80%. Environmental, mainly good nutrition: 20-40%. I wouldn't worry about maturbating. Stay well:)
