Im 19 wks pregnant. use to have eczema but it was under control. ive noticed that it seems to have flarred up in the last few wks. i have red spots on my back shoulder & stomach & it's starting to move to my legs.what might be the cause or trigger.

Hard to speculate: Eczema by nature goes through periods of flare & improvement. About 1/3 of eczema patients have food allergies that can set off a flare. Your hormonal fluctuations during pregnancy may be involved. Most of the topical treatments you would consider are safe during pregnancy.
