I have a sore throat, a slight cough, aching muscles, ear pressure, and a fever since yesterday do i need antibiotics? it's mostly the pain in my throat that everything else has stemmed off of. i don't have any voice loss though.

Could be viral.: In this time frame, there’s a good chance this is viral, and as such you would not need antibiotics. But if your symptoms progress/evolve/worsen rather than improve over the next couple of days, then it would be wise to have a doctor locally see you to make sure.
