Meds, not so much: The cited average wait for a desired pregnancy is 6m with a range of wks to 1 yr. It is a timing thing if all parts of both function right. Sperm need to be in place during the time when eggs are present in the Fallopian tubes. The egg will transit the tube in about 4 days & sperm can remain healthy for about that long. Have sex around the time you ovulate (mid cycle) & you increase success rate.
