Ovulation cramps?: Just prior to ovulation the estrogen level drops suddenly. This is not usually associated with cramps at your age, but if two eggs were matured to ovulate (twins if fertilized), there is a higher level of estrogen produced and this drop before ovulation may cause cramps. This will not happen every month.
