Stoamachache causes: Left upper quadrant abdominal pain could be from viral infection, stomach ulcer, high fat low fiber diet (excess gas), spleen trauma, acid reflux, pancreatic disease, stomach mass or ovarian mass. Many possibilities. If persists, see MD for diagnosis & treatment.
