Headache relief: You might try taking both Tylenol and an anti-inflammatory medication like Advil or Aleve with food. My patients have found this combination effective. Otherwise you would have to seek prescription medication such as fioricet or fiorinal from your physician if he/she feels it's appropriate for you.

Cause: Did you ever worked up for cause of headache? If simple tension headache extra strength Tylenol works. If not you may need Tramadol other strong pain meds.But we should know the cause of headache.
