Depends: Little=no, lot=probably. The anal structure is designed to gradually open & permit expulsion of poop. When you use a toy or other object that can overstretch or tear that tissue it can/will bleed. A small amount implies minor tear while a larger amount a larger one. You likely need to treat this area with less vigor. It should self heal.
