Hard worker: 10 hour work day followed by an hour at the gym can manifest in fatigue. There may be other reasons for it as well, not only lifestyle. Please see your doctor and if all is well medically think about ways of changing your lifestyle. Perhaps go to gym every other day, get more sleep, better nutrition. Peace and good health.
