5 wks. pregnant ?: Cramps and bleeding at "5 wks." of pregnancy may be signs of possible miscarriage, or a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). See your OB provider for an exam and pelvic ultrasound, as well as a serum HCG test to determine the cause.
