Depends: If it’s *severely* tender you might have a thrombosis (blood clot) inside the hemorrhoid that can be cut out in any emergency clinic or by a surgeon in the office. Not a big procedure. If that's not the problem, there's not much else you can do aside from see a general or rectal surgeon about permanent surgery if it doesnt get better. Also take a stool softener, don't strain on the toilet.
