I had ovulation between 12.4./13.4. my periods are from 5-6w.16.4.-22.4.i noticed light brown spotting.on 25.4.blood test was 1.2, coid i be pregnant?

Spotting: pregnant?: With ovulation between the 12th and 13th of April, brown "spotting" on the 16th- 22nd may indicate pregnancy, but repeat the serum test for HCG in a week to be certain. If positive see your OB/GYN physician right away. Pregnancy could be outside the uterus (ectopic), which needs immediate attention.
