Pompholyx: Obviously you have been treated by amateurs when you need a pro: a dermatologist. Dyshidrotic eczema, pompholyx, sometimes psoriasis occur this way. No antibiotic will help. Hydrocortisone is useless. Usual therapy is ultrapotent prescription topical anti-inflammatories such as clobetasol, augmented beta methasone. Avoid smoking. Sometimes other treatment is needed. See a dermatologist.
