A member asked:

Can i use coconut oil to treat my 7month old granddaughter eczeme on her cheeks?

You can try: I know of no relevant studies of coconut oil in eczema, but it may work to her benefit. It is oily/liquid above ~70f and applying it after bathing may help retain skin moisture. If things are worse after a few days you will know its limitation but it could also be a benefit.
