Estradiol: ACTH,etc: Estradiol in the amounts mentioned ("2 mg.") will not have an appreciable effect on ACTH, cortisol. Any changes in ACTH or cortisol should be reviewed by your healthcare provider and an endocrinologist consulted if necessary.
