Headache : What you describe, pain in your eyes and terrible headache with swelling of your eyes, can be due to a sinus infection. I recommend you make an appointment to your doctor or go to an urgent care center to get started on an antibiotic and a combination antihistamine and decongestant. You may also try an over-the-counter nasal steroid spray to reduce inflammation. If fever or vision change go to ER.
