Increase dose: I recommend following guidance by your prescribing physician or psychiatrist as you increase your dose of the lexapro. If you're taking 10 mgs per day for at least a week,I think increasing to 15 mgs would be the next step for the upcoming week, but get the ok from the physician who knows your current status, history and condition for which you're being treated.
