Do not squeeze : It could be either a sweat gland problem or oil gland problems try to resist the idea of squeezing keep the skin clean and apply topical antibiotics and see you doctor if no improvement you might need an oral antibiotic as well and may be a Recertif a surgeon or a dermatologist
