Caffeine withdraw: Your body thinks that level of caffeine is normal and creates symptoms, typically headache and irritability, when it is lowered. Please taper slowly from caffeine. You can start by doing half de-caf and half "high test" and gradually move to less and less "high test." Peace and good health.

It depends: Headaches and jitteriness are perhaps the most common symptoms. It is reasonable to gradually reduce the dose rather than stop abruptly. Symptoms can go on for days but usually not weeks.
