Caffeine withdraw: Your body thinks that level of caffeine is normal and creates symptoms, typically headache and irritability, when it is lowered. Please taper slowly from caffeine. It depends: Headaches and jitteriness are perhaps the most common symptoms. It is reasonable to gradually reduce the dose rather than stop abruptly. Symptoms can go on for days but usually not weeks.
