Flu like sxs: Caffeine withdrawal sxs can last a up to two weeks & can begin 12 to 36 hours after you stop caffeine use. Symptoms can include nervousness, irritability, low mood, mood swings, feeling tired, headaches, poor concentration, nausea, vomiting & muscular aches & pains.
