Menses sequence: If interpreting correctly, your period began on March 11, you "ovulated" on March 29, and started another period starting March 30 which lasted "3 days" ending on April 1. A possibility exists for pregnancy to have occurred between March 11 and March 29, and if so, may be an ectopic pregnancy. To confirm this, obtain an immediate HCG test and if positive, get an exam and ultrasound asap.

Fever with menses: I'm not sure I understand your dates. You had a period on March 11th, ovulated on March 29th and then had bleeding again on April 11th - right? Having a period 14 days after ovulation, even though you ovulated on day 19, is normal. You shouldn't feel bad with fever. You need to see your doctor to see why you're having these symptoms.
