I have a small growth on the inside of my wrist. it's soft - not hard. is this a ganglion cyst and if so, is there anything i should do for it?

Possibly: It is impossible to know for certain without being able to examine your wrist but a ganglion is likely. If there is no pain or loss of motion then it is not a concern and you can leave it alone.
