Probably nothing: CT scans and MRIs are full of 'false positives'. That means findings that don't have clinical significance. But it's important to interpret things in the context of patient age, health history, etc, which you don't provide here. "Stable" usually means that they see it on an earlier scan and its unchanged. They usually report on the scan/date to which they are comparing it, early in the report.
