Went to sonar today than nothing was there but pregnancy test came positive and still have all pregnancy symptoms what could be the problem?

Positive preg test: A positive pregnancy test with no signs of pregnancy in the uterine ultrasound may still be OK if the missed period was only a week or two away. If more time has elapsed since the expected period, get a serum HCG test (more accurate than home pregnancy tests). If positive see your OB provider for an exam, to make sure there is not an ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy).
