A member asked:

Feel bead like lumps when pushing with finger lower breast only when lying down. are these lumps i'm feeling? i have fibrocystic breasts

Probably not: Feeling with your finger is not a very good technique and will tend to be misleading. Fibrocystic breasts also can make it difficult to distinguish real lumps. You should use the flat of your hand, not your fingers, and it is also better in the bath or shower when your skin is a little soapy and slick. If you are still uncertain it is never wrong to consult your doctor.
