My free t4 is 3, tsh >100. why is ft4 low and tsh high? is it dangerous for ft4 to be so low?

Low thyroid: Yiou have low thyroid function (hypothyroidism) possibly secondary to autoimmune thyroid disease. You need to be taking a thyroid replacement med to normalize your levels. See a primary care doctor or endocrinologist.
