No: Thats a new one for me. I think i would have learned this at some point in med school, residency or in clinical practice if it were the case.

Not dreaming: People who do not dream may be very suppressed in general, but this doesn't mean they have personality disorders. Many people who are simply neurotic (suffering from internal conflict, like most humans) may not be aware of their dreams -- but they still dream. You can know that they dream through sleep studies showing rem periods.
