Depends: The course of flu would not be affected by antibiotics. If you have superimposed bacterial infection that may be helped by antibiotics. However, it is not feasible to ascertain if you have viral only or viral and bacterial infection without examining you. If the symptoms are severe, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
