Evaluation: If she is pregnant and in severe pain she should be seen and evaluated by an Obgyn. Management will depend on how far long in the pregnancy she is and where she is experiencing pain. Pregnancy is uncomfortable but if she is experiencing a severe amount of pain then an evaluation is warranted
