What is a nerve root sheath cyst in neural foramen?

The covering: of the nerve has "bubbled" out (like a bubble) and may be taking up the very small amount of ROOM in that foramen ("hole") this putting pressure on the nerve causing pain! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
