I just had an i&d done to my vulva cyst4 days ago. its closing up, but the entire lip is 3xs the size of the healthy vulvar and it has a lump/knot below the incision. is this.normal?

I&D vulval cyst: The post I&D swelling is a usual outcome, but you need to see the surgeon who did the I&D, because if the drained cyst has closed even partially, the original bacterial infection can re-form, and may need further drainage to heal properly. The "lump/knot" below the incision is part of the acute inflammatory component.
