Difficult to say!: Needs to see the rash to judge. Might be a rash of eczema or that of infection Thanks

Well a few questions: Why dander, has the pet been around since birth? Do you think the child is allergic to it? Does it actually bother the child? It is hard to say without seeing the rash but if it does not bother the child I would not be in a rush to put anything on it.
