Pink generally means: there is some blood tinge in the urine. He needs to get himself checked out for urinary tract infection and/or STD/ infection. Sometimes you can get some bleeding in the urethra from overuse/ trauma but it is likely not the case here. Have him go to Urgent Care or healthcare provider for proper exam and treatment.
