Cannot be certain: Although it sounds unlikely, the urine tests are affected by how concentrated your urine is. If you are very early and you were drinking fluids normally, the later tests could have been negative because you had diluted your urine. The home tests will always recommend a first morning urine because the urine is always more concentrated then.
