Sounds ok: At 4 weeks 3 days pregnant, a woman's new baby embryo (the size of a little dot on a printed page in a book) would have implanted about a week ago. Some women feel early pregnancy symptoms at this early stage, while others do not feel symptoms until later. Time will tell.
