Neuropathy: Neuropathy is related to the nerves, so until the nerve supply affects the blood supply, etc., the foot can look outwardly normal. Generally, people with neuropathy can have other related problems. A diabetic can have poor blood supply, neuropathy, high risk of infection and poor wound healing, leading to "disgusting" feet.
