6 weeks ago mri show sm vert tear ant horn lat meniscus and arthritic degeneration i twisted a pop and pain had injection but still pain. next step?

Follow up: Follow up with the doctor. Sometimes another injection, pain patch or oral medication will help. Surgery is also an option. Use a pain med, the old tincture of time will cure the situation.( 1 year) See the Doc again for re-evaluation.
