I had my tubes tied 13 weeks ago during my csection got my first period last month and am now 10 days late this month. i have gotten positive tests at home and blood test was negative nurse said a blood test can be negative if too soon what shouldido?

PG tests: Blood pregnancy tests are usually far more accurate than home pregnancy tests as they measure the actual amount of the pregnancy hormone(quantitative) present as opposed to home or urine tests simply measuring whether the pregnancy hormone is present or not.(qualitative)
