High ?: I have some parents who think over 38 C is a high fever but others that don't until the temp reaches 40. If you don't provide enough detail with a question, the answer can hardly be accurate. A kid that is drinking well, playing and following their usual routine can often be monitored at home. A kid that won't drink or play needs to be seen regardless of the temperature.
